Return Policy

To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, Timepiece Perfection offers a 7 day return period from the date of delivery.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the watch to confirm correct brand/model/color and in correct working condition before wearing, sizing or removing any plastic or tags.

If after sizing the watch you notice a movement issue, Timepiece Perfection will repair the watch free of charge,

Terms and Conditions:
  1. RETURNS ARE ONLY VALID IF WATCH IS NOT AS DESCRIBED.
  2. All returns must have a return authorization number assigned by Timepiece Perfection before returning the watch. Packages without RA numbers will be refused!
  3. All items must be returned in unworn condition with original packaging, instructions, manufacturer plastics & tags intact and un-removed. Watch must not show any signs of wear.
  4. Buyer must obtain RA# within 7 days of delivery date.
  5. Once the buyer receives RA# the item must be received back to Timepiece Perfection within 7 days.
  6. Return credit will be issued in the same form as original payment.
  7. All returns will be credited less true shipping cost.
  8. International sales are considered special order and cannot be returned. Pre-owned watches are also non-refundable unless our description was not accurate, (It is at our sole discretion to determine the accuracy).
  9. Returns must be shipped via insured and traceable source. If a loss occurs before Timepiece Perfection signs for the package, the buyer is liable. If item is damaged in shipment, buyer/shipper is liable.
  10. Special order models cannot be returned unless the watch is incorrect model, not at described, or a mechanical defect exist.

Warranty

Certain purchases may include an authorized warranty from the manufacturer. In the event of manufacturer defect, you may take your watch to any authorized dealer for repair.

In cases where Timepiece Perfection is unable to extend the manufacturer warranty, you will receive a Timepiece Perfection warranty unless otherwise noted. This will cover anything other then damage to finish, crown and stem, crystal or glass, strap, and damage considered abuse. The warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, and/or accidental or intentional misuse or abuse. This includes dropping, banging, or use past the manufacturer’s specifications.

Repairs must be done by Timepiece Perfection. Any watch that has been opened by any other source will be null & void.

All cost associated with return of the watch is the buyer’s responsibility.

  2. Personal or Cashiers Checks funded by US bank only – (We ship the watch only after funds have fully cleared.)
